What's in the Free tier?
Free is the same Heldly, capped at 5 meetings per calendar month (UTC). Multi-host, picker links, calendar integration — all included. The cap resets on the 1st. Upgrade to Unlimited when you blow through it.
How does the Business plan differ?
Business is for organizations buying Heldly the right way: domain claim (every @yourcompany.com user lands in one workspace), SSO, SCIM, audit log, DPA. Same scheduling product underneath — Business adds the IT/compliance layer.
Is VAT / sales tax included?
EUR and SEK prices include VAT. USD prices are exclusive; tax is added at checkout where applicable.
How does Business billing work?
Per seat, per month. 1-seat minimum (so a single IT-buyer can self-serve). Inviting a seat adds one to the count; revoking removes one. Stripe prorates automatically — you're never charged for unused seat-days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No questions, no retention calls.
